  • 60CupSugar
  • 10PacketYeast
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1PinchNutmeg
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 120CupWarm milk
  • 40Grams (g) Butter
  • 1CupChocolate
  • 1CupPowdered sugar

Steps

    In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and nutmeg.

    Add warm milk, egg, and soft butter, then mix well

    If kneading by hand, continue for 12 minutes. If using a stand mixer, start with 3 minutes on low speed, then increase to a higher speed for 7 minutes.

    The dough will be slightly sticky, so use a little oil or butter when handling it instead of adding extra flour

    Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it proof for 2 hours until it doubles in size.

    After proofing, roll out the dough using a rolling pin.

    Use a cookie cutter to cut equal-sized circles from the dough.

    Place a small piece of chocolate in the center of each dough circle.

    Seal the dough tightly to form round balls.

    Heat oil over medium heat and fry the dough balls until golden brown.

    Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve warm.
