Ingredients

  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Potatoes spices
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 0.25CupOlive oil

Steps

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces.

    Using two wooden skewers, we make shallow slices in each piece of potato without cutting all the way through (as shown in the video).

    We arrange the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    We mix the spices with olive oil, then brush the potatoes on both sides with the mixture.

    We bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 1 hour.

    The secret to making them crispy without frying is flipping the potatoes halfway through baking (after 30 minutes).
