Boil the pasta in salted water until fully cooked, then drain and let it cool slightly.

Add the chopped bell peppers to the pasta.

In a separate small bowl, combine the yogurt and mayonnaise.

Add a little of the pasta cooking water and mix the dressing well until smooth.

Tips You can replace lemon seasoning with a mix of lemon juice, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. The amount of yogurt should be twice the amount of mayonnaise for a balanced texture. It’s best to add the dressing about 10 minutes before serving so the flavors blend well.
