    We cut the jumbo shrimp and marinate it with a pinch of paprika, a pinch of crushed black pepper, a pinch of coriander, ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oil, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

    Then we grill it until it is cooked for 5-7 minutes

    We prepare the sauce from 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, ½ cup of olive oil, 2 chopped tomatoes, ½ 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, ¼ teaspoon of minced garlic, a pinch of paprika, a pinch of crushed black pepper, a pinch of salt, and crushed red pepper to taste
