Ingredients
- 500Grams (g) Sausage
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupOlive oil
- 1Psc.Onion
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dried parsley
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste
- 1Psc.Green pepper
- 0.5CupCherry tomato
- 1Liters (L)Tomato juice
- 1CupPasta cooking water
- 250PacketPasta
- 1CupShredded cheese
- 1CupMinced parsley

Boil a pot of water with a pinch of salt and a spoon of oil. Once it starts boiling, add the pasta and cook until tender, then drain it and keep one cup of the cooking water aside.

Place a small piece of butter with a bit of olive oil in a hot pan over the stove.

Add the sliced sausage to the pan and stir until it starts to change color.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until it softens.

Add paprika, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.

Add the chopped green bell pepper and diced tomatoes, then stir the mixture.

Add a spoonful of red pepper paste, then pour in the tomato juice and the reserved pasta water.

Lower the heat, cover the pan, and let it cook on low heat until the sausage is cooked and the sauce thickens

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir until it absorbs all the flavors.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and let it melt slightly.
