In a bowl, mix the spices (salt, red pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, black pepper, turmeric, coriander) with the cup of flour and the spoonful of starch.

Add a cup of water and the juice of half a lemon and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Place the shrimp in the marinade, wrap and refrigerate for one hour

In another bowl, mix 2 cups of flour with 1 tablespoon of starch, the same spices, and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs (if available).

Take out the shrimp in the marinade first, then coat them well with the flour and breading mixture

Heat heavy oil over medium heat. Fry the shrimp until golden and crispy.

Prepare the sauce: Mix the juice of two lemons with 1 teaspoon fresh garlic and salt to taste.
