Ingredients

  • 3Psc.Tomato
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Coriander
  • 3ClovesGarlic
  • 1Grams (g) Hot chilli
  • 1Psc.lemon
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar
  • 3CupOil
  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1To TasteMint

Steps

    Chop the tomatoes and place them in a blender.

    Add a bunch of fresh coriander (remove long stems), 3 garlic cloves, and 1 chili pepper (hot or mild as desired).

    Squeeze 1 lemon over the mixture.

    Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 3 tablespoons of oil.

    Season with ½ tsp salt, black pepper, and some mint.

    Add a bit of water to help blend.

    Blend until the texture is semi-smooth (not fully liquid).
