Ingredients

- 4Cupwater
- 1CupFlour
- 1CupSugar
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 2CupPomegranate Juice
- 6Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch

In a pot, we combine 8 tablespoons of powdered milk, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, 4 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of flour, and ¾ cup of sugar

We stir well until everything is fully dissolved.

We place the pot over medium heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.

Once we turn off the heat, we add ½ teaspoon of vanilla

Pour the mixture into serving cups and place them in the fridge to cool.

For the second layer, we mix 2 cups of pomegranate juice, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, and 3 tablespoons of sugar in another pot

Stir well until the starch dissolves completely.

We heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens to the consistency of pudding.

We take the chilled cups out of the fridge and add a layer of fresh pomegranate seeds over the first milk pudding layer.

We gently pour the pomegranate pudding layer on top and return the cups to the fridge to chill and set for at least two hours

Before serving, we garnish with more pomegranate seeds and enjoy it cold.
