Ingredients

  • 400Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 1Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 2CupOlive oil
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
  • 2CupFlour
  • 1Psc.Chicken stock
  • 1CupCheese
  • 1BunchParsley

Steps

    Heat the butter and olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Add the chopped onion and sauté until wilted and translucent.

    We wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices as shown in the video

    Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté with the onions until slightly softened.

    Add salt, white pepper and flour and stir well until the ingredients are combined.

    Add the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil for a few minutes

    Grind the soup with a hand blender until it reaches the consistency shown in the video

    Add more sliced mushrooms

    Garnish with grated cheese and chopped parsley and serve hot.
