Put olive oil in a saucepan on the fire, then add the chopped onion and sauté until it wilts

Add the chopped potatoes, carrots, and rinsed lentils.

Stir the ingredients well, then add salt, black pepper, and cumin while continuing to mix.

Pour hot water to cover the lentils and vegetables, then add parsley

Cover the pot and let the ingredients cook over medium heat until fully tender.

Prepare the meatballs by mixing minced meat with finely chopped onions, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Shape the mixture into small, evenly sized meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a pan, then add the meatballs and cook them until they turn golden brown

Once the lentil soup is cooked, let it cool slightly, then blend it until smooth
