Steps

    We mix the yogurt with the tahini, salt, chopped parsley, dried green onion, and dried mint in a bowl until we get a smooth sauce.

    We add olive oil and one sliced onion to a frying pan and sauté until softened.

    We add the mushrooms to the sautéed onion.

    We season the mushrooms with ½ teaspoon salt, black pepper, paprika, and 1 teaspoon dried green onion.

    We stir the mushrooms well with the spices.
