Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Burrata ball
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pesto sauce
  • 1Psc.Tomato
  • 1PinchMaldon Sea Salt
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pine Nuts
  • 4BunchBasil
  • 1CupOlive oil

Steps

    We roll out the dough into a circle on parchment paper or a baking tray.

    We bake the pizza base in a home oven at a high temperature (around 220–250°C / 428–482°F) until it puffs and turns golden

    We remove the baked dough from the oven and immediately start adding the toppings while it’s hot.

    We add dollops of pesto, sprinkle the toasted pine nuts and fresh basil leaves, and a pinch of Maldon salt.

    We place the burrata ball in the center and scatter the chopped tomatoes around it.

    We drizzle a bit of extra virgin olive oil on top for shine and flavor.

    We serve the pizza immediately while hot, with the burrata still soft and creamy in the center.
