Steps

    We remove the peel from the red onion

    We cut it in half

    Start by cutting the onion into thin slices as shown in the video

    Rub the onions with your hand until the onions open up.

    Put the onions in a sterilized jar

    In a saucepan put vinegar, water, sugar, bay leaf, black peppercorns, love, salt, and ginger slice

    Let the mixture boil on the fire for 3 minutes and then put it on the onions in the jar

    Let it cool and then refrigerate
