To prepare shawarma, we start by cutting the boneless lamb into slices. Then, we season the meat by adding all the mentioned spices, which include shawarma spices, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, ginger, cumin, vinegar, yogurt, and oil.

We use a container with a wide opening, line it with plastic wrap to make it easier to remove the meat later, then place the meat inside. We put it in the freezer for at least six hours.

Remove the meat from the freezer and the container half an hour before use. Then, cut it as shown in the video.

Place the creamy hummus on a plate and garnish it as shown in the video. Then add the shawarma on top. This dish is served with pickles and vegetables as desired. Enjoy your meal!
