  • 1Psc.Lemon zest
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Orange Zest
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 0.25CupMaple syrup

Steps

    Mix the walnuts and pistachios with rose water, orange blossom water, lemon zest, orange zest, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and maple syrup

    Place the mixture in silicone molds that are oven-safe.

    Bake in the oven at 170°C for 35 minutes until caramelized.

    Remove from the oven and add melted chocolate on top while still in the molds.

    Let the chocolate set, then remove the treats from the molds.
