    In a blender, mix 5 eggs, 2 sachets of vanilla, and 3/4 cup of sugar on high speed for about 7 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy.

    Sift 1 cup of flour over the mixture and fold it in gently from the bottom to the top until well combined.

    Pour the mixture into a thick cake pan greased with tahini.

    Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C (350°F) and place the pan in the oven.

    Bake for 40 minutes.

    Once the cake turns golden on top, remove it from the oven.

    Flip the cake over and decorate with caramel, or leave it as is.
