Chicken Alfredo Pasta

- 500Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika
- 3ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Psc.Vegetable stock
- 1Psc.Rosemary
- 1Grams (g) Mushroom
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 1BunchParsley
Steps

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, thyme, and smoked paprika.

Place them in a hot pan and cook until fully done on both sides.

Slice the mushrooms thinly.

Remove the chicken from the skillet, then in the same skillet add two cubes of butter, minced garlic and mushrooms, and stir until the mushrooms are softened.

Add the cream, vegetable stock cube, a teaspoon of salt and black pepper, and rosemary

Stir well until the sauce thickens slightly and becomes smooth.

Boil the pasta in salted water until fully cooked, then drain it well.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir gently until all the pasta is coated.

Slice the chicken or leave it whole as desired, and place it next to the pasta on the serving plate.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
