Browning the meat: We brown the lamb ribs at the bottom of the pot until they take on a golden color.

Preparing the rice: We wash the rice and soak it for half an hour, then we drain it.

Preparing the filling: In a bowl, we mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, tomatoes, dill, parsley, and the hollowed-out vegetables.

Preparing the sauce: In another bowl, we mix the pomegranate molasses with olive oil, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, curry, coriander, and minced garlic. We add water to the mixture until it becomes like a liquid sauce.

Stuffing the vegetables: We stuff the hollowed-out vegetables with the mixture we prepared earlier. Assembling the dolma: We place the stuffed vegetables in the pot over the browned lamb ribs.

Adding the sauce: After stuffing the vegetables, we add the sauce we prepared over the stuffed vegetables until they are submerged.
