- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1Psc.Lemon juice
- 150Grams (g) Mixed vegetables
- 1Psc.Tomato
- 1Psc.Bell Peppers
- 1Psc.Garlic bulb
- 1CupOlive oil
- 50Grams (g) Cottage Cheese
- 0.5CupPasta cooking water
- 70PacketBoiled pasta
Steps

Cut the chicken breast into appropriate slices.

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and lemon juice.

Mix well until the chicken absorbs the marinade.

Prepare one cup of mixed vegetables and sprinkle with a little salt.

Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket along with the vegetables, tomato, bell pepper, and garlic bulb.

Drizzle a little olive oil over the ingredients.

Cook everything in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.

Halfway through (after about 7 minutes), stir the vegetables, tomato, garlic, and pepper.

After cooking, remove the tomato, pepper, and garlic from the air fryer and place them in a blender.

Add the cottage cheese and ½ cup of pasta water or milk to the blender

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Place ½ cup of cooked pasta in a serving plate.

Pour the prepared sauce over the pasta.
