Ingredients

  • 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Potatoes spices
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano
  • 0.3CupBoiling Water

Steps

    Melt the butter in a frying pan over the stove.

    Add salt, black pepper, potato seasoning, and thyme or oregano to the melted butter and stir well.

    Add the minced garlic to the butter and spice mixture and stir until fragrant.

    Add the chopped vegetables (carrots, zucchini, mushrooms) to the pan and stir well with the spices.

    Stir the vegetables for 5 minutes until they start to soften.

    Cover the pan and cook the vegetables for an additional 5 minutes.

    Remove the lid and stir the vegetables again.

    Add one-third to one-half cup of boiling water, depending on the amount of vegetables, and stir lightly.
