Steps

    Chop the tomatoes, onion, green pepper and red pepper

    Put the vegetables in an oven tray with parchment paper, then put the garlic, oil, salt and black pepper

    Put the tray in the oven at 200 degrees until the vegetables are cooked

    Remove the skins from the vegetables, put them in a blender and blend until smooth

    In a bowl, put olive oil, add capsicum molasses and stir well

    Put the vegetable mixture on top and stir, then put the parsley, stir well and serve the sauce.
