Steps

    Blend the labneh with the boiled beetroot in a blender until smooth and creamy.

    Slice the avocado and coat the slices in a mixture of sesame seeds, nigella seeds, and thyme.

    Spread the beetroot labneh mixture over the bread.

    Add the avocado slices on top.

    Add fresh arugula leaves.
