in the stand mixer, mix the eggs with vanilla, then add the white sugar and brown sugar and mix well.

Add the orange juice or milk and the oil or the combination of oil and butter, and continue mixing.

In another bowl, mix the flour with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, walnuts, and pistachios, and stir well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg and sugar mixture in the stand mixer, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth.
