نقوم بوضع التين الشوكي في سلة مملوءة بالماء.

Wash the prickly pears several times with water.

نقوم بغسل التين الشوكي عدة مرات بالماء.

Prepare a bowl and fill it with water and ice.

نقوم بتحضير وعاء ونملؤه بالماء والثلج.

Mix the dry ingredients of the dough and stir them. Then add the water and mix well.

نخلط مكونات العجينة الجافة و نحركهم ثم نضيف المياه و نخلطهم جيدا

Cook it and set it aside while you prepare the filling.

نقوم بتسويتها و وضعها جانبا حتي نحضر الحشوة

Stuff it with cream and place it in the oven with pieces of butter.

Prepare the dry mix: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.

نجهز خليط الطحين: نخلط الطحين، البكنج باودر، كربونات الصوديوم، رشة الملح، القرفة، وجوزة الطيب في وعاء كبير.

In a blender: Blend eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, warm milk with vinegar, melted butter, and roasted sweet potato.

في الخلاط: نخفق البيض، الفانيليا، السكر البني، الحليب الدافئ مع الخل، الزبدة المذوبة، والبطاطا الحلوة المشوية.

Add the wet mixture to the dry mix and stir until combined.

نضيف الخليط السائل إلى خليط الطحين ونخلطهم جيدًا حتى يتجانسوا.

Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper, then pour in the batter.

ندهن صينية الخبز بالزيت أو نضع ورق الزبدة ثم نصب الخليط فيها.

Prepare the crumb topping: Mix softened butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts with your hands to form large crumbs.

نجهز الطبقة الأخيرة (الكرمبل): نمزج الزبدة الطرية، ربع كون من الطحين، ربع كوب من السكر البني، ملعقه صغيرة من القرفة، ونصف كوب من الجوز باليد حتى نحصل على فتات كبير.

Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the cake batter.

نوزع الكرمبل فوق خليط الكيكة.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.

نخبز الكيكة في فرن محمى مسبقًا على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 50-60 دقيقة.

Lightly broil the top for a golden color.

نحمر الوجه قليلاً للحصول على لون ذهبي فاتح.

We put 0.5 kg of pasta in boiling water with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, and salt to taste

نضع نصف كيلو معكرونة في ماء مغلي مع ملعقتين زيت زيتون، ملعقة بودرة بصل وملح حسب الرغبة

We prepare the spinach pesto: We place 1 bunch of well-washed spinach in the food processor.

نحضر بيستو السبانخ: نضع حزمة سبانخ مغسولة جيداً في محضرة الطعام.

We add 5 garlic cloves, 7-8 roasted walnuts, 4 pieces of white cheese, lemon zest, juice of half a lemon, and 1 small cup of olive oil, and salt to taste.

نضيف خمس فصوص ثوم، ٧-٨ حبات جوز محمص، أربع قطع جبنة بيضاء، برش ليمون، عصير نصف ليمونة، وفنجان صغير زيت زيتون وملح حسب الرغبة.

We add 1 tablespoon of pasta cooking broth to the food processor.

نضيف ملعقة من مرقة سلق المعكرونة للمحضرة الطعام.

نضيف البيستو للمعكرونة ونخلط.

نضيف أي نوع صوص تحبونه.

We let it simmer for more than a minute to avoid the spinach turning dark.

نتركها تغلي أكثر من دقيقة حتى لا يغمق السبانخ.

We coat the peppers with olive oil thoroughly on all sides.

نقوم بدهن حبات الفلفل بزيت الزيتون جيدًا من جميع الجهات.

Place the peppers on a tray with parchment paper and enter the oven at 180°C for one hour until they are fully roasted and browned.

نضع الفلفل في صينية بها ورق زبدة وندخله إلى الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 مئوية لمدة ساعة حتى يُشوى تمامًا ويتحمر.

نقوم بتقطيع البصل إلي شرائح

After taking the peppers out of the oven, we cover them for 10 minutes to make peeling easier, then peel and slice them into thin slices

بعد إخراج الفلفل من الفرن، نغطيه لمدة 10 دقائق ليسهل تقشيره، ثم نقوم بتقشيره وتقطيعه إلى شرائح رفيعة.

In a bowl, we mix the roasted pepper slices with red onion, crushed garlic, green olives, lemon juice, salt, olive oil, and chopped parsley.

في وعاء، نخلط شرائح الفلفل المشوي مع البصل الأحمر، الثوم المهروس، الزيتون الأخضر، عصير الليمون، الملح، زيت الزيتون، والبقدونس

Stir the ingredients well until combined and then add the tuna on top

نقلب المكونات جيدًا حتى تتجانس ثم نضيف التونة على الوجه

Serve the salad cold or at room temperature.
