Roasted chicken with honey

We mix ¼ cup of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of yogurt, mustard, and tomato sauce. Then, we add 1 teaspoon of each of paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, salt, and pepper, along with 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic.

We place the chicken in a baking tray and pour the marinade over it.

We rub the chicken well with the marinade from all sides.

We stuff the chicken with pieces of onion.

We add the preferred vegetables around the chicken, such as potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, onions, and garlic.

We drizzle honey over the chicken and vegetables

We cover the tray with parchment paper, then with aluminum foil.

We preheat the oven and place the tray in it at medium heat, with the bottom heating on, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

We uncover the tray and turn on the oven from the top until the chicken becomes golden, for about 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
