    We prepare the knefeh by lightly frying it in a pan with butter and sugar until it turns golden brown.

    In a bowl, mix the pistachio cream, kunafa, heavy cream, and ground pistachios until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    We fill the qataif with the pistachio mixture.

    We dip each filled qataif into melted butter.

    We coat each qataif with knefeh, then arrange them on a baking tray. We brush the qataif with melted butter and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown on both sides.

    We drizzle the baked qataif with cold syrup, sprinkle them with ground pistachios for garnish, and serve.
