Ingredients

  • 5CupMaple syrup
  • 3CupCoconut Oil
  • 0.5Grams (g) Almond Butter
  • 1CupCoconut milk
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Coconut Sugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

Steps

    Blend all base ingredients in a blender until fully combined.

    Press the base mixture into a parchment-lined pan and spread evenly, then place it in the refrigerator to set slightly.

    For the healthy caramel, simmer the coconut milk with coconut sugar over low heat for 20–30 minutes until it turns a thick brown color.

    Add the vanilla and a pinch of salt to the caramel and mix well.

    Add 2 cups pecans to the caramel and fold gently.

    Pour the caramel with pecans evenly over the chilled base.
