Ingredients

  • 2CupCrushed beans
  • 2Kilograms (kg)Dry mallow
  • 1Psc.Chicken stock
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 4ClovesGarlic
  • 1Psc.Green chili pepper
  • 1Grams (g) Dill seeds
  • 3CupOlive oil
  • 3ClovesMinced garlic

Steps

    Boil the fava beans with 8-10 cups of water for about 1 hour until very soft.

    Blend the boiled fava beans with an immersion blender.

    Gradually add the mellow while stirring, then add the chicken stock and dakka.

    Sauté the minced garlic with olive oil, then add to the bisara.

    Add lemon juice and adjust salt to taste.

    Pour into plates and garnish with red hot pepper paste and lemon juice. Serve warm or cold with Arabic flatbread.
