ORANGE CAKE
Ingredients

- 2.5CupSugar
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Orange Zest
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 0.75Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1.75Cuporange juice
- 2CupMilk powder
- 2.5CupFlour
- 1Psc.Orange

Beat the eggs, 1 and a half cups of sugar and orange zest well until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add a 3/4 cup of orange juice and then beat with an electric hand whisk again

We add the oil while whisking without stopping

Add the vinegar and continue whisking until you reach the consistency shown in the video

Mix the flour, milk powder, baking powder and vanilla in a side bowl and then sift them well

Gradually add them to the liquid mixture, mixing for 4 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the mixture into a mold greased with vegetable oil

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 to 50 minutes or until cooked.

To prepare the syrup Place a cup of orange juice over a cup of sugar in a skillet

Put the mixture on very low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved and brown in color.

When the cake comes out of the oven, drizzle it with syrup while it is still hot.
