  • 3Psc.Onion
  • 0.5Grams (g) Ground meat
  • 1PinchHot chilli powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper

Steps

    Rinse the lentils and place them in a large pot with enough water.

    Add the soaked rice to the lentils and let the mixture boil until the lentils and rice are cooked then mix them with hand blender.

    In a skillet, sauté the chopped onions until golden brown. add meat it to the onions with salt and spices, and cook for 5 minutes.

    Season the lentils mixture with red chili powder, cumin, and salt, adjusting spices to taste.

    Add the onion and meat mixture to the pot with lentils and rice, and mix well.

    Let it cook for a few more minutes, then turn off the heat.
