One-Pot Stovetop Lasagna
Ingredients

- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 300Grams (g) Ground meat
- 0.5To TasteBlack pepper
- 0.25PinchNutmeg
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano
- 1PinchSalt
- 2CanPasta sauce
- 1Cupwater
- 4PacketLasagna
- 0.5Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 1To TasteMozzarella
- 0.25Grams (g) Ricotta cheese
- 0.25CupGrated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
Steps

Put two tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan on the fire.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until wilted.

Add the minced meat to the pot.

Season the meat with salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and oregano.

Turn the meat over until it is cooked through.

Add the pasta sauce and water to the saucepan.

Stir well until the ingredients are well combined.

Arrange the lasagna slices neatly on top of the sauce.

Cover the pot and simmer until the lasagna slices are cooked.

Pour the cooking cream over the lasagna

In another bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, crushed garlic and a pinch of oregano

Spread the cheese mixture over the lasagna layer.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover the saucepan again and simmer until the cheese is completely melted

You can omit the cream and ricotta cheese and use 1 1/2 cups of bechamel sauce instead.

I browned the top in the oven, but this step is optional; if you don't have an oven, cover the pan until the cheese is melted.
