  • 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Shea seeds
  • 0.5Liters (L)Hot water
  • 10Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa

Steps

    Prepare seven dates and remove the pits.

    Add the chia seeds to the dates.

    Soak the dates and chia seeds in ½ cup of hot water or milk. Let sit for a few minutes until the dates soften and the chia absorbs some of the liquid.

    Add two tablespoons of raw cocoa powder to the mixture.

    Blend the mixture well using a hand blender until smooth and creamy.

    Pour the mixture into a jar or small container.

    Place the jar in the fridge for at least an hour until it thickens.
