Nuggets with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
- 1Psc.Potato
- 2Psc.Carrot
- 1Psc.Red bell pepper
- 1Psc.Green pepper
- 1CupMinced parsley
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder

- 4Psc.eggs
- 1PacketBreadcrumbs

We cut the carrots into very small pieces using a knife or chop them finely.

We wash the potatoes well, then grate them using the coarse side of a hand grater

We wash the red bell pepper and dry it, then remove the seeds and cut it into very small cubes.

We wash the green bell pepper and dry it, then remove the seeds and chop it finely.

Boil the chicken breast until cooked and then cut it into very small slices

Mix the chopped parsley, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, finely chopped carrot, grated potato, and shredded chicken breast in a large bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, red pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then mix well.

Add 3 tablespoons of flour and 1 egg, then put on gloves and mix everything thoroughly.

If the mixture doesn’t hold together, add 1 more tablespoon of flour and mix again until it sticks

Shape the mixture into balls and flatten each one into a nugget-like patty.

Prepare three plates: one with flour, one with 3 whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

Coat each patty in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs.

Fry the patties in hot oil until they turn golden brown.

Remove them from the oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
