  • 100Grams (g) Butter
  • 120CupLiquid cream
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt

    In a large pan, add sugar and water. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar completely dissolves and turns golden brown.

    Once the caramel reaches the desired color, turn off the heat and carefully add the butter. Stir the mixture well until the butter melts completely.

    Warm the cream slightly in another pan before adding it to the caramel. Add the cream carefully, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth.

    Let the sauce cool completely at room temperature before using.

    If storing the sauce in the fridge, you can reheat it in the microwave for a few seconds to make it soft again.

    If the butter separates, use a hand blender to mix them back together until smooth.

    For salted caramel sauce, add 1 tsp of salt at the end
