We place the eggs in a large bowl.

We add the sugar and vanilla to the eggs.

We mix the ingredients well using an electric mixer until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy.

We add the sifted flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

We gently fold the ingredients from bottom to top using a spatula until the flour disappears.

We pour the batter into a butter-greased and floured baking tray.

We smooth the surface using a wooden skewer with circular motions.

We bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40–45 minutes.

To check doneness, we insert a wooden skewer or knife into the center; it should come out clean.

To prepare the orange sauce, we place the powdered sugar, powdered milk, a pinch of salt, and the packet of vanilla in a bowl.

We add the milk gradually and mix until the sauce becomes smooth. Thickness can be adjusted by adding more milk if needed.
