    To prepare roasted red bell peppers, grill them until they become soft and show grill marks. You can do this either directly over a flame or in the oven. After roasting, peel off the skin and remove the seeds.

    We place all the ingredients into a food processor: the roasted bell pepper, walnuts, parsley, garlic, salt, pomegranate molasses, tahini, pepper paste, and then add the olive oil. We blend everything well until we achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Then, we add the breadcrumbs or crushed crackers and mix again until fully combined.

    We add dried coriander and cumin to the ingredients, and the muhammara can be garnished with mint leaves. Enjoy your dish!
