Ingredients
- 1Kilograms (kg)Apricot
- 2Liters (L)Hot water
- 1CupUnsweetened Chantilly Cream
- 0.5CupPowdered sugar
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Orange food coloring

Take 2 large cups of the chilled mashed apricots.

Garnish the ice cream with sprinkles and serve.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer and scoop into cups.

Cover the container and freeze for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight.

Pour the ice cream mixture into a plastic container and spread it evenly.

Whisk the mixture with a hand whisk or electric mixer until thick and creamy.

Add the orange food coloring, if desired.

Add ½ cup powdered sugar.

Add a cup of raw chantilly cream.

Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits.

Place the container in the freezer for 1–2 hours until chilled and slightly frozen.

Pour the apricot mixture into a container and cover it.

Blend the apricots using a blender or hand blender until smooth.

Let the apricots cool for 5 minutes.

Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil for only 2 minutes.

Add the halved apricots to the hot water.
