Ingredients

- 5Grams (g) Butter
- 4CupFlour
- 1CupMilk

Boil pasta until three-quarters cooked. Drain.

Chop green pepper, black olives, and half an onion.

Cut chicken breasts into small cubes.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and stir until fragrant.

Add chicken and onion to the pan. Stir and cook briefly.

Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir to coat.

Cook chicken until fully done.

In a large pan, melt butter. Add flour to the melted butter and stir.

Gradually add milk to the roux while stirring continuously. Stir until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and black pepper.

Add mozzarella cheese to the sauce and stir until melted. In a baking dish, layer the cooked pasta, green pepper, olives, cooked chicken, and half of the cheese sauce.

Pour the remaining cheese sauce over the layers. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the sauce begins to brown at the edges.
