Ingredients

  • 3PacketMango jelly
  • 2Liters (L)Hot water
  • 1CupIced water
  • 2CupMango puree
  • 2CupLabani cream

Steps

    Place 3 packets of mango-flavored jelly in a large bowl.

    Add 2 cups of hot water and stir well until the jelly completely dissolves.

    Add 1 cup of iced water (half of it is ice cubes) and stir until the mixture cools down.

    Add 2 cups of mango purée (mashed mango without added water) and stir to combine.

    Add 2 cups of heavy cream or whipped Chantilly cream.

    Blend all the ingredients using a blender or hand blender until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

    Pour the mixture into serving glasses.

    Place the glasses in the fridge for 4 hours or until fully set.

    Garnish the mango mousse with whipped cream and small mango pieces before serving.
