Ingredients

  • 500Liters (L)Hot water
  • 1.5Psc.Lemongrass

    Put 500 ml of water in a pot and bring it to a boil.

    Cut the lemongrass into small cubes

  3. 3

    Add 1½ stalks of chopped lemongrass (or 2 for a stronger brew).

    Allow the mixture to simmer for 10 minutes.

    Strain the tea and pour into cups.
