Chestnut Cup Cake
Ingredients
- 0.25Grams (g) Butter
- 0.75CupSugar
- 1Psc.eggs
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1CupYogurt
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla Extract
- 0.75CupMilk
- 0.5CupChestnut puree
- 1.25CupFlour
- 0.25PinchSalt
- 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 0.75CupRoasted chestnut

Beat the butter and sugar together until you have a creamy and fluffy mixture.

Add the egg, vegetable oil, yogurt and vanilla extract

Mix the ingredients well until homogeneous

Add the milk and chestnut purée and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder using a hand whisk

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients.

Mix gently until you reach the consistency shown in the video

Cut the roasted chestnuts into small pieces and toss them with a tablespoon of flour so they don't sink into the dough during baking.

Add the chopped chestnuts to the dough and gently stir until evenly distributed

Fill cupcake molds three-quarters full with batter

Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked.

Allow the cupcakes to cool completely, then decorate them with your favorite topping.

Garnish the cupcakes with candied chestnuts, chocolate chips or to taste.
