Ingredients

  • 0.75CupSunflower seeds
  • 0.75CupPumpkin seeds
  • 0.5CupQuinoa
  • 0.5CupFlaxseed
  • 0.25CupZa'atar Mix
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Shea seeds
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sesame seeds
  • 1PinchBlack Seeds
  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 1.5CupWarm water

    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, then add the warm water. Mix well and let the seeds soak for almost one hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes.

    Spread the mixture in a large baking pan lined with parchment paper (or use two pans). Try to spread the seeds as thin and evenly as possible.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about one hour or until the crackers are crispy.

    Let the crackers cool, then break them into the desired size, or you can cut them into squares before baking.
