Ingredients
- 0.75CupSunflower seeds
- 0.75CupPumpkin seeds
- 0.5CupQuinoa
- 0.5CupFlaxseed
- 0.25CupZa'atar Mix
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Shea seeds
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sesame seeds
- 1PinchBlack Seeds
- 0.5PinchSalt
- 1.5CupWarm water

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, then add the warm water. Mix well and let the seeds soak for almost one hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes.

Spread the mixture in a large baking pan lined with parchment paper (or use two pans). Try to spread the seeds as thin and evenly as possible.

Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about one hour or until the crackers are crispy.
