Finely chop the onion, parsley, and coriander.

Sauté the onion in oil with chili flakes until it softens.

Add the tomato paste and stir well.

Add the garlic and mix it in.

Add the parsley, coriander, and spices; stir until the greens wilt slightly, then set the mixture aside to cool.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and half a cup of water.

Gradually add the eggs one at a time, stirring continuously.
