- 3CupOlive oil
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1Psc.Onion
- 2ClovesMinced garlic
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste

- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
- 1Psc.Chicken stock
- 4Liters (L)Hot water
- 1CupMinced parsley

Wash the rice and soak it for 10 minutes, then drain well.

Place a pot over heat and add the olive oil and butter until melted.

Add the chopped onion and garlic, then sauté until softened.
