Ingredients

  • 400CupFlour
  • 0.5CupWarm milk
  • 0.25CupYogurt
  • 3.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1.5PinchSalt
  • 1.5Grams (g) Instant yeast

Steps

    We prepare the egg wash by mixing egg yolk with a little oil and milk

    We add the warm milk with sugar and yeast in the mixer bowl and start mixing on low speed.

    We gradually add the flour and finally add the salt

    We knead the dough well for at least five minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic

    We brush the dough surface with a little oil, cover the bowl well, and let it rest for an hour at room temperature until it doubles in size.

    We transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and shape it into a circle.

    We brush the top with the egg wash mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds and nigella seeds.

    We bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C until it’s cooked and golden
