Steps

    We wash the arugula thoroughly, remove the tough stems, and cut the leaves into large pieces.

    We place the chopped arugula in a large bowl.

    We cut the tomato into large wedges.

    We add the tomato on top of the arugula.

    We slice half a small onion into thin strips and rub them slightly to soften the flavor.

    We add the softened onion to the bowl of salad.

    We season the salad with 1 tsp of sumac and salt to taste.
