Steps

    Begin by cooking the freekeh and let it cool slightly

    Boil the broad beans and peas in water for 5-7 minutes, then rinse them under cold water. Remove the skins from the broad beans.

    Chop the green onions, dill, and coriander, then add them to the freekeh along with the pomegranate seeds and pistachios.

    Mix all the ingredients together well.

    To make the dressing, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, red vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
