  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Dijon mustard
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Worcestershire sauce
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic

  • 1Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
  • 1Psc.Romaine lettuce

    Cut the chicken breast from the sides to get a wide, even piece

    Beat the eggs with the yogurt, then add the wild thyme, salt and pepper and mix well.

    Coat the chicken breast in the egg mixture, then cover it completely with panko breadcrumbs.

    Fry the chicken in hot oil on both sides until fully cooked and golden brown.

    Transfer the fried chicken to a wire rack to keep it crispy.

    Mix mayonnaise with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce or mashed anchovy, minced garlic, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.

    Chop the romaine lettuce and toss it with the prepared dressing.

    Arrange the crispy chicken on top of the salad, grate some Parmesan cheese over it, and serve immediately.
