- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Dijon mustard
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Worcestershire sauce
- 1ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Psc.Lemon juice
- 1Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
- 1Psc.Romaine lettuce

Cut the chicken breast from the sides to get a wide, even piece

Beat the eggs with the yogurt, then add the wild thyme, salt and pepper and mix well.

Coat the chicken breast in the egg mixture, then cover it completely with panko breadcrumbs.

Fry the chicken in hot oil on both sides until fully cooked and golden brown.

Transfer the fried chicken to a wire rack to keep it crispy.
