  • 0.5CupRaisin
  • 2Grams (g) Dark chocolate

Steps

    We roast the pecans and hazelnuts in a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes without any additions (no oil, etc.).

    We roughly chop the roasted nuts.

    We arrange the nuts and raisins evenly in the candy molds.

    We melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie) until completely smooth.

    We pour the melted chocolate over the nuts in the molds.

    We gently shake the molds to ensure the chocolate fills all corners and gaps.

    We place the molds in the fridge for a maximum of 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.

    Once firm, we remove the chocolates from the molds and serve.
