- 200CupAkkawi cheese
- 100To TasteMozzarella
- 100CupFeta cheese
- 1PinchBlack Seeds
- 0.5Kilograms (kg)Minced veal

Add the flour and oil to the mixer and stir well.

We add the baking powder, starch, salt and egg

Gradually add the water and mix well until you get a firm dough

Allow the dough to rest.

In the meantime, we prepare the filling, where we put the minced meat with olive oil in a skillet on the fire and then stir until it changes color

Add the onion, samosa spices, black pepper, and salt to the meat.

After the meat is cooked, turn off the heat and add the cilantro, parsley, dill, and chopped hard-boiled eggs

To make the cheese filling: Mix the Okaoui, Mozzarella and Feta cheeses with the nigella and parsley.

Roll out the dough using a rolling pin as shown in the video

Use a samosa mold to shape them.
